Excellent service and what a great time! We used the multi ball and the batting cages with our family ranging from 7 year olds to adults. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Clean and spacious environment. We will definitely be back frequently!

Not Out was the sponsor for our Naperville Little League Baseball team and we were excited to go spend some time at the cages before our season closed out. The staff (specifically Ravi) was incredibly friendly and responsive in our initial introduction email all the way through us getting the kids to the facility. When we arrived he was equally friendly and accomodating and the kids had an awesome time. Not Out, thank you for being an awesome business and also being a generous member of the community by sponsoring a NLLB team. We'll be back!

Notout is one of the great facilities I come across in Naperville area. Multi ball is amazing entertainment for all ages (including adulta), my son's had a amazing time on this Sunday. My elder son is practicing cricket net and he liked it very much. It's safe, secure and provides a great learning experience

I hosted my daughter’s glow party here and it was an absolute blast! The kids as well as the adults really enjoyed themselves. The staff were so kind and accommodating. They allowed me to decorate the party room to personalize my theme. I would definitely have another glow party here in the future!

Great fun place to have birthday party for your kids !!! We just had a glow in the dark party for my daughter!! It was full of fun . The best part is you get to have a full space for the party ! It’s like a renting a huge place for private party . Kids had pickle ball ( glow in dark) , soccer and 3 big screens for variety of games you choose from. We had been given ample of time to decorate the room. Parents are allowed to stay back and watch their kids too. Would highly recommend this place!
